Recent HR Projects

Below is a selection of recent HR Services & Projects we have delivered to our clients.

1. Industrial Relations Manager – Provision of a bespoke HR service to deliver airport-specific Industrial Relations Policy compliance, including proactive management of IR Policy compliant procurement of subcontractors.  HR services provided onsite 2 days a week.
2. HR Manager – HR support has been provided to this small SME accountancy practice both remotely and on-site as required. HR services have included implementation of policy & procedures, writing of company handbook, standardisation of employment contracts, handling of disciplinary matter.
3. HR Manager – delivering generalist HR support & management to a Facilities Management client.  Projects have included delivery of reviewed & revised fit for purpose policy suite; HR support at Board level; development activity with HR & management teams; providing practical & risk averse solutions to people issues at all levels.  In addition a remote HR Advisory service provided when not on site.
4. Maternity leave cover -  in absence of HR Manager provide all aspects of generalist HR services in a medium sized organisation
5. Remote HR Support – working with the HR Advisor as & when required to provide HR support on matters that require generalist HR advice,  legal compliance and ensuring correct procedures are followed in relation to disciplinary matters.
