Beverley Thompson

Beverley Thompson is a Director of the Human Resource Management Consultancy, Humanics.

 
She has two areas of focus within the Humanics business – Human Resources Consultancy and Training & Development Consultancy, and operates as a consultant in both areas.

Following graduation and gaining Post Graduate teaching qualifications Beverley worked as a teacher prior to making a move into the corporate sector. This move resulted in a successful corporate career in the Pharmaceutical sector, where she gained significant experience in sales, training & development, sales management and Human Resources. Prior to her move into consultancy Beverley operated in the role of HR & Training Director with responsibility for Northern Europe.

Since moving into consulting she has worked with numerous Clients on a range of HR and Training projects. Her work focuses on delivering wide ranging, pragmatic and realistic Human Resource and Training solutions that enable businesses to achieve their goals. Whilst her original background was in the pharmaceutical sector and she still does work within this sector, the majority of her consultancy work has been in the Facilities Management, Building and Outsourcing sectors.

She has broad, generalist Human Resource experience to Director level; she is associated with the CIPD and also holds certification in psychometric testing recognised by the British Psychological Society.
