Alison Halfpenny

Alison Halfpenny is a Director of the Human Resource Management Consultancy, Humanics.

Alison’s main focus is on Executive Resourcing, which is an area where she has over fifteen years experience as a professional Recruitment Consultant working in the business to business sector.

Following graduation Alison entered the Facilities Management service sector, where she initially successfully carried out operational roles with high levels of responsibility and focus on delivery of high quality service.  Alison then moved her career into the recruitment sector and has since applied her experience, skills and knowledge to the Executive Resourcing and worked extensively within the Facilities Management area. During her work she has built up a considerable depth of knowledge of the Facilities Management area.

Over the past fifteen years Alison has worked with a large number of Clients across a broad range of sectors and business functions helping them to identify and recruit high quality employees. Her style is to work closely with Clients to understand and identify their recruitment needs and develop realistic and innovative recruitment solutions; she takes pride in using the expertise she has built up in the Facilities Management sector to help Clients enhance their business through the identification and hiring of quality individuals.
